The answer is b.) If you are in good to average health, you should get your cholesterol level checked every two years at a minimum. Aim for a cholesterol level of 200 or less. If yours is higher, you should plan regular follow-ups with your doctor to determine your cholesterol level and together plan a strategy that moves you toward your goal.
